PDI Sales Administrator

A new exciting opportunity has arisen to join the business as a PDI Sales Administrator Greenhous PDI Centre in Coven, this role comes with plenty of future opportunities for the right candidate.

You will provide support to the administrative team and work closely with the PDI and Sales departments to ensure that all orders/vehicles are processed to a high and accurate standard.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full process of vehicles for both our large Fleet and Retail customers.
• Work closely with our onsite PDI department processing each stage of the vehicle prior to delivery to the customer.
• Maintain internal systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all new vehicle transactions.
• Maintain customer portals, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date.
• Create and update stock book records, including vehicle specifications & pricing.
• Update manufacturer invoices and other financial records as needed.
• Make pre-delivery confirmation with customers, ensuring all details are confirmed and any necessary arrangements are made.
• Submit compliance packs to customers, including all necessary documentation and paperwork.
• Maintain general upkeep of customer files, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date.

Ideally, we are looking for:

• Full UK Driving licence.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Excellent proven attention to detail is crucial.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
