A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a PDI Controller at our PDI Coven site.
Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with internal sales departments and DAF dealers for the preparation on new vehicles
- Providing feedback to sales departments, including pricing of additional work when required, sending estimates.
- Managing all work within the department, communicating instructions to technicians and ensuring that work is completed in a timely and professional manner.
- Various other administrative duties.
Ideally, we are looking for:
- Customer service skills, including dealing with customer requests and sourcing of information required for a quality PDI.
- Strong IT skills.
- Awareness of DAF guidelines regarding pre delivery inspections.
- Be organised, efficient and able to multi-task efficiently.
- Be flexible, energised and a team player.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
