New and Used Sales Consultant - Greenhous Telford

We are seeking a motivated Car Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on both new and used vehicle sales. While no prior car sales experience is required, some retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.

We are looking for candidates with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a drive to succeed. You’ll receive full training and support to develop your skills in sales, finance, and add-on products.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Vehicle Sales: Assist customers in finding their perfect new or used vehicle by understanding their needs and providing expert guidance.
  • Finance & Insurance (F&I): Learn to present and sell finance options, ensuring customers get the best deals for their budget.
  • Add-On Products: Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, service plans, paint protection, and cosmetic warranty, adding value to the customer’s purchase.
  • Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering excellent after-sales service to encourage repeat business.
  • Target Achievement: Work towards personal sales and finance targets, contributing to the dealership's success.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product information, market trends, and dealership offerings to enhance your sales skills.
  • Paperwork & Compliance: Complete all required paperwork accurately, ensuring compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations.
  • Stock Management: Assist in managing vehicle inventory, ensuring a range of high-quality new and used cars are available.

What we need from you:

  • No prior car sales experience required—training will be provided.
  • Retail sales or customer service experience is preferred. Ideally, we’d want a candidate who has a bit of experience in these areas, although it doesn't have to be in automotive.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Ability to work well within a team and build rapport with customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is advantageous but not essential.
