Hat-Trick Of Awards As Citroen Launches New Ë-C3 And C3

Citroën has opened orders for the New ë-C3, which has just been named 'Car of the Year' and 'Affordable Electric Car of the Year' at the 2024 Auto Express New Car Awards. The New C3 also won 'Supermini of the Year'. Prices start at £21,990 for the New ë-C3 and £17,790 for the New C3.

The New ë-C3’s 44kWh battery offers up to 199 miles of range (WLTP), and its 100kW DC rapid charging can take the battery from 20% to 80% in just 26 minutes.

The judges at Auto Express were impressed by the ë-C3's stylish design, advanced technology, and comfortable interior, making it a great choice for both private buyers and company car drivers. This marked Citroën’s first-ever win of the top award at the Auto Express New Car Awards.

The New ë-C3 is built on Stellantis' new Smart Car platform, designed for electric vehicles. It features a 113hp motor and can accelerate from 0-62mph in around 10 seconds. It’s also equipped with Citroën Advanced Comfort® technology, offering a smooth and comfortable ride. The car is ideal for urban driving and offers an affordable way to transition to electric driving.
