DAF Dealer Adams Morey supports Mission Christmas

DAF dealer Adams Morey, part of the Greenhous Group, is raising money for Mission Christmas Cash for Kids. Every year, Mission Christmas aims to make sure that no child in the region has to experience the disappointment of a Christmas morning without a gift from Santa.

Adams Morey is supporting the initiative through the loan of a van and a monetary donation towards gifts. The vehicle will provide vital support for the collection and distribution of presents throughout Hampshire and Dorset, ensuring that the magic of Christmas reaches as many children as possible.

Samantha Tanner, Charity Manager at Cash for Kids South Coast, Surrey & Wiltshire: “Many families have to choose between food or heating on a daily basis due to the increased cost of living. Mission Christmas aims to ensure that no child has to believe that Santa forgot about them and to keep the magic of Christmas alive.

Samantha Tanner continued “We’re incredibly grateful to Adams Morey for their generosity in supporting disadvantaged children across our community. Every penny raised goes directly to Cash for Kids to buy presents for children in the area. Every donation counts and will be used to buy a gift for a child who really needs it.”

Adams Morey has also set up a collection point where the public can drop off gifts at their Parts Hub in Southampton; Nursling Industrial Estate, 130 Mauretania Rd, Southampton, SO16 0YS. The drop off point will be open until Wednesday 11^th December.

Chris Pritchard Dealer Principal at Adams Morey South concluded: “The work that Mission Christmas do to spread the joy of Christmas to underprivileged families in our community is inspiring. We’re proud to be able to provide them with a van for their collections and be a donation point for gifts at our Southampton Nursling dealership, playing our small part to support Mission Christmas in ensuring every child has a present to open on the big day.”
