Corporate Administration Manager

A NEW exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Greenhous Fleet Services as a Corporate Administration Manager at our Stoke-on-Trent site.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Commercial Director with the running of the corporate admin office.
• Assisting the Admin and Sales team with the processing of orders and deliveries.
• Monitoring monthly performance of key KPI’s.
• Assisting with month end preregistration exercises.
• Initial and on-going training of admin staff.
• Management of Stellantis system access.
• Day to day management of the corporate admin office tasks.

Ideally, we are looking for:

• Proficient in Microsoft office.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous automotive dealer administration experience is essential.
• Previous Stellantis brand experience (including use of portal systems) is not essential but beneficial.
• Previous use of Kerridge/Keyloop is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
