An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a Car/LCV Parts Advisor at our Greenhous site in Trench Lock, Telford.
Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working within a busy aftersales department.
- Processing and upselling customer parts requirements.
- Dealing with technical requests and using a host of product identification aids.
- Building professional and trustworthy relationships with our customers.
- Interacting with customers that visit our premises.
- Satisfying internal parts requirements and interacting with our busy workshop team.
- Market information gathering.
- Liaising with key suppliers.
What we need from you:
- Excellent customer service and strong administration skills.
- A friendly, can do attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Some working knowledge of the motor vehicle sector or automotive trade.
- Experience working to performance targets.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
- Full driving licence is essential.
- Knowledge of Autoline, Kerridge or Keyloop would be an advantage.
