Sales Controller

A new opportunity has arisen for a Sales Controller reporting to the Sales Manager to join the team at our Greenhous Nissan site in Shrewsbury.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

What you’ll be doing:

• Ensuring the sales team delivers a high level of customer service.
• Managing used vehicle stock within set parameters.
• Ensuring vehicles are advertised online and physically compliantly, within a set time frame.
• Managing a sales team and ensuring they follow a set sales process.
• Managing Finance Renewals.
• Managing and following up all enquires via an EMS system.
• Maximising profitability.
• Ensuring the dealership follows the FCA regulation process.

What we need from you:

• Have excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Be able to work within a team and help create a healthy working culture.
• Confident to make decisions and solve problems following data.
• Must have a full UK driving license.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales within the automotive industry.
• Must have experience using EMS and Autotrader systems.
