Greenhous Group prioritises employee well-being with new Sunday closure policy

Greenhous Group has announced an initiative aimed at enhancing the work-life balance of its employees. Effective from 5th February, all Greenhous Group car dealerships will close on Sundays, a move that will mark a significant shift in the organisation’s operational strategy.

Regarding Greenhous Group’s decision to prioritise the mental and physical health of it’s employees by closing on Sunday, Regional Retail Director, Danny Minshall commented: “Our employees are the backbone of our business success as we continue to grow. By reserving Sundays for them, we acknowledge their hard work and the importance of their personal time.”

Greenhous believe the change will bring a renewed energy to the workplace and enhance their customers’ experience, as well as challenging industry norms for employee care and satisfaction.

Minshall continued, “This is more than just offering a day off; it’s a reflection of Greenhous Group’s values and its dedication to creating a positive and balanced work environment. We believe that a happy and healthy team is key to outstanding customer service.”

To ensure continuity of service across Greenhous Nissan, Vauxhall and Used Car and Van Centre in Shrewsbury, customers can continue to make enquiries and browse new and used cars online at: www.greenhous.co.uk
