Sales Executive - Greenhous Nissan, Shrewsbury
Hours: 40 hours per week on a two-week work pattern, which will include Saturdays, Sundays and some bank holidays when required.
Salary: OTE £39,000.00 per annum.
An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive to join our busy Sales team at Greenhous Nissan in Shrewsbury.
Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
What you’ll be doing:
- Achieve agreed sales targets for New and Used vehicles.
- Achieve agreed Finance and Value-added products targets.
- Establish new sales contacts.
- Build and maintain opportunities within the retail purchase sector.
- Ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty and brand standards.
- Ensure departmental compliance with Company policies and industry guidelines.
- Ensure that the display and showroom areas are maintained to the highest standards, in line with both the manufacturers’ and dealers’ expectations.
- Retain existing customers and secure new customers within the retail sector.
What we need from you:
- Previous Sales experience would be desirable but is not essential.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-confidence.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Personable and enthusiastic, with a determination to succeed.
- A full UK driver’s licence is essential.
